机关党委所属各党支部：
为推动组织工作信息化、规范化，中央组织部决定对全国党组织和党员等基本信息进行采集，录入全国党员管理信息系统。根据中央组织部文件精神和省委组织部、省委高校工委有关通知要求，按照学校党委统一部署和要求，现就认真做好机关党组织和党员基本信息采集工作通知如下：
一、采集内容
采集内容共26项（附件1、附件2），其中党组织和所在单位基本信息10项、党员基本信息16项。
对于仍未取得联系的党员或停止党籍的失联党员，可先采集已知信息，待取得联系或作出相应处理后更新。对采集期间新发展和新转入的党员信息，要及时采集。
二、任务步骤
1、采集信息。指定本支部信息采集员对党支部和所在单位信息进行采集，填写《党组织和所在单位基本信息采集表》（附件1）。
党支部向党员发放《党员基本信息采集表》（附件2），指导党员按要求填写并签字确认。因外出、失联、年老体弱等原因无法填写的，可由他人代为填写。因外出等无法签字的，可由信息采集员通过电话、短信、微信等方式向党员确认信息，并标注在信息采集表上。
2、初核信息。党支部通过比对文件、居民身份证、党员名册等材料，对采集到的党组织和所在单位信息、党员信息进行逐一核对，确认信息是否真实完整、填写格式是否符合规范。核对无误后，由信息采集员和支部书记在信息采集表上签字确认。各党支部将《党组织和所在单位基本信息采集表》（附件1）和《党员基本信息采集表》（附件2）的原件于2017年7月6日下午五点前报机关党委办公室（行政楼453室），电子版发至jgdw@ zzu.edu.cn。同时将《党组织和所在单位基本信息汇总表》（附件3）和《党员基本信息汇总表》（附件4）电子版发至jgdw@
