臧双全,郑州大学化学学院二级教授、博士生导师,郑州大学化学学院院长和绿色催化研究中心主任,河南省晶态分子功能材料重点实验室主任和河南省肿瘤诊疗团簇分子材料国际联合实验室中方负责人。
