个人简介
2009年毕业于苏州大学,获理学学士学位;2014年毕业于中国科学院昆明动物研究所,获理学博士学位(导师:宿兵研究员);河南省优秀青年基金获得者;中国遗传学会十一届青年委员会委员;中国遗传学会终身会员;J Genet Genomics、Phenomics、Heliyon、PLoS One、iMeta以及Gene & Protein in Disease等学术期刊编委会成员;国家基金委、教育部学位中心评审专家;近年来主持了3项国家自然科学基金(含两项面上项目)和多项省部级科研项目;在P Natl Acad Sci USA、Mol Biol Evol、Mol Ecol、J Genet Genomics、J Invest Dermatol等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI 研究论文22篇,其中第一和通讯11篇(含共同);研究结果揭示了东亚人群原肤色和继发性肤色适应的独特遗传机制,填补了相关领域的空白,体现了东亚人群在现代人表型研究体系中的重要地位。
主要研究方向
(1)东亚人群的基因组多样性研究;(2)人群复杂表型和疾病的遗传机制;(3)演化医学。
